Injection moulding
Since 1970, we have established ourselves as a reliable and competent plastic moulded parts manufacturer on the international market. This process for manufacturing high-quality injection moulded parts is used in our BT Nyloplast production facilities in Germany and Hungary.
Injection moulding (also commonly referred to as injection moulding or injection moulding) is a primary moulding process mainly used in plastics processing. The corresponding material (PVC - PE - PP) is liquefied (plasticised) with an injection moulding machine and injected under pressure into a mould, the so-called injection mould. In the mould, the material returns to its solid state through cooling or cross-linking reactions and is removed as a finished product after the mould is opened. The cavity of the mould determines the shape and surface structure of the finished part.
